Fees and Payment

Consulting Services are provided on an hourly basis at the rate of $100 per hour. A minimum non-refundable retainer of $1,000 is required up front, with all billable time being charged against the retainer.

Travel Policy

If travel is requested or required for any services provided by NetLive Software, a travel fee will apply. Travel within the Kansas City metro area will be billed at $500 per trip. Travel within the United States and Canada will be billed at $3,000 for the first day plus $1,000 for each additional day. International travel will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Travel fees are per traveler and are due in advance. Travel fees are in addition to fees charged for services provided. NetLive Software will be responsible for its own expenses, itineraries, and accommodations for all travel.
