Initial Consultation

An initial phone consultation is free of charge. During this consultation we will determine if your project is something that we are willing and able to undertake, and the client will have the opportunity to ask questions and determine if they will be comfortable working with us. We do not take small projects, so it is important that both sides determine if they can work together to achieve a successful outcome over the course of the project.

Fees and Payment

Consulting Services are provided on an hourly basis at the base rate of $100 per hour. We will do our best to provide you with an estimate of time required based on your needs. Discounts are usually available for long-term engagements.

Travel Policy

If travel is requested or required for any services provided by NetLive Software, a travel fee will apply. Travel within the United States and Canada will require a $500 per diem in addition to fees charged for services provided. International travel will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. NetLive Software will be responsible for its own expenses, itineraries, and accommodations for all travel.
